Jam Star Cookies

Ingredients:

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1/3 cup strawberry jam

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Directions:

Roll out dough on a floured surface. For the top cookie, cut dough with a large star cookie cutter, then cut out the center of the star with a small star cookie cutter. For the bottom cookie, cut dough with only a large star cookie cutter. Place cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 7 minutes at 350°F. Let cool. Spread jam on the full stars and then top with the open stars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box red velvet cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 can of vanilla frosting

Directions:

Mix cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and pat down to flatten. Bake at 375°F for about 8 minutes. Let cool. Spread frosting on half the cookies and then top with another cookie and press gently together.   

Caramel Apple Cookies

Ingredients:

¼ cup margarine

¼ cup vegetable oil 

½ cup honey

2 eggs

2 cups flour

2 tablespoons baking soda

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup peeled and chopped apples

container of caramel syrup

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients except caramel syrup in a large bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Drizzle cookies with caramel syrup.

 

   

Strawberry Cookies

Ingredients:

1 package strawberry cake mix

2 eggs

container whipped cream

basket of strawberries

Directions:

Mix cake mix, eggs, and 1/2 cup chopped strawberries in a large bowl. Mix in 1 cup whipped cream. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes. Let cool. Top with whipped cream and a sliced strawberry.

 

   

Cinnamon and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tabelspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, honey, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes.

S'mores Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/3 cup flour

1 cup graham crackers crumbs

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 bag mini marshmallows

4 chocolate bars, broken into rectangles

Directions:

Mix margarine and brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in flour, graham cracker crumbs, and salt. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Make an indent in center of each cookie. Bake at 325°F for about 10 minutes. Put 2 marshmallows in center of each cookie and bake 2 more minutes. Top with a piece of chocolate, let sit 2 minutes, and then spread chocolate with a knife.

Peach Cobbler Cookies

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons margarine

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup peach yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped

1 1/2 cups flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

Mix margarine, sugar, yogurt, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in peaches. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Then mix into peach mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes. 

Chocolate M&M Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup M&Ms

Directions:

Mix margarine, sugars, egg, vanilla, and milk in a large bowl. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix in M&Ms. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 9 minutes.
